About Hypertension

Hypertension (high blood pressure) is the most common and relevant risk factor for cardiovascular disease and renal failure in Germany and worldwide.

Consequently, it is the most common chronic disease in the world. In Germany alone, some 30-35 million people are affected.

Nevertheless, hypertension  as a disease often recedes into the background of society.

The potential for prevention is very high; drug treatment and lifestyle changes can already lead to a successful lowering of blood pressure. Furthermore, the treatment and regular monitoring of high blood pressure lead to success.

This is exactly where we come in with our Hypertension.App.
